Health Coaching uses proven strategies and personalised support to help you implement nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. It’s about turning knowledge into lasting habits:

Based on our existing framework, this service is already part of how we support clients—but you can also buy it as a dedicated package alongside our consultation bundles (nutrition + functional medicine) to fast‑track results.

    Weekly or bi‑weekly 45‑minute sessions (online or in‑person in London), focusing on your ongoing experience with diet and lifestyle changes.

  2. Goal-driven guidance
    Co‑create achievable goals, then co‑design your action plan—whether that's adapting meals, evolving movement routines, or improving sleep and stress management.

  3. Accountability & feedback
    Track progress on key habits. We adjust in real time to help you stay on track and sustain momentum.

    We recognise the interplay of emotions, energy, and motivation. Sessions include practical tools for mindset, self‑care, and resilience—not just meal plans.
